As President of LES, Mr. DiGia oversees operational, financial and business development functions providing guidance on the strategy and tactics around management of the existing portfolio, integration of new acquisitions and execution of green field development opportunities. Rick has over 30 years of experience in the landfill gas to energy industry in production, operations and business development in addition to managing sanitary landfill operations. Relying on his industry experience, Mr. DiGia continues to drive the teams focus on safety, budget, environmental and facility performance objectives, standardized operational reporting and procedures and enhancing marketing and development efforts. Prior to joining LES, Rick held various leadership and operating positions at DTE Biomass Energy, City Management Corporation and GSF Energy. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business.
