Mr. Zeliff serves as Sr. Vice President and COO having joined LES in the merger with Innovative Energy Systems. Pete provides strategic oversight on projects including engineering, design, permitting, and construction, and is actively involved in each of the companies’ operations. Pete founded Innovative in October 1994 serving as its President and CEO and has over 20 years of experience in the landfill gas to energy industry. Pete developed a proprietary landfill gas treatment system utilized at all of his designed power plants. He frequently speaks at various landfill and power producer conferences sharing his knowledge and expertise on turning landfill gas into a renewable energy source. Pete is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), specifically the renewable energy division, and the New York State Association of Solid Waste Management (NYSASWM).
